Meander (2021)

Lisa is a waitress, emotionally depressed after her daughter Nina climbed onto a chair nine years ago and fell out of the window, crashing to her death. Now a car stops near the girl. The driver is Adam, a night watchman and serial killer. Lisa understands this from the bright tattoo on his arm, which she had previously seen on the news. The man draws attention to a bystander, brakes sharply, after which the heroine of the fantastic film "Meander" loses consciousness. She wakes up in a high-tech labyrinth, consisting of tunnels and pipes through which she has to go.
