American atheist Frank fell in love with Arab girl Sarah and decided to propose to her in her hometown. However, the corrupt Islamic police seized the lovers and demanded a bribe to release them, killed Sarah, and blamed all the blame on Frank. In prison, Frank goes through the path of spiritual rebirth under the influence of his Muslim cellmate. When his friend is killed as a possible witness to the judge's crime, Frank has to flee to avoid becoming the next victim.
