The mighty warrior Hanzo Hasashi loses in one day everything that was dear to him: his clan Shirai Ryu, his beloved wife and son. Finding himself after death in the Underworld, he achieves the opportunity to return to the world of the living as the champion of the Mortal Kombat tournament in order to get revenge.
