Now the city is actually surrounded by soap bubbles, which create a mortal danger to people. Because of these events, the laws of gravity are violated, and for the inhabitants the anomaly becomes a real threat. Scientists are trying in vain to find ways to eliminate the consequences and understand that this can take years and a lot of effort. The protagonist Hibiki lives in this reality as an ordinary teenager trying to find his place in the world. The protagonist can follow the example of the crowd and stick to the majority. However, he chooses a different path, but since he is still young and inexperienced, he encounters many problems. But a girl named Uta comes to his aid in time, who, although a little strange, has powerful powers. With her help, the guy was able to slip away from the impending storm, and now together they decide to deal with what happened using bubbles. In addition, it turns out that the new companion is not only capable, but also hid the past, which can decide the fate of mankind.
