Almost a century has passed since the Third World War happened on planet Earth, which ended in a nuclear apocalypse. The few surviving people live on the space station and do not lose hope of restoring humanity on their own, but their resources are limited, and they will not be able to exist in space for as many more years.
Then the heads of the station decide that it's time to find out how it is there, the human planet, and whether the Earth is suitable for life. A hundred young criminals, one way or another guilty at the station, are sent for reconnaissance. On the one hand, this is a chance to prove that they are ready to improve and help achieve a common goal. On the other hand, this is a rather severe punishment.
