At the center of the story is Wade Wilson, a former Special Forces soldier who decided to take up making money as a mercenary. Doctors meet his cancer in the last stage. At the same time, an unknown person came to him, who told about a unique program that could cure him of an illness. After thinking everything over, he gave a positive answer. After a while, Wade is healed. But he gets a side effect - his face and body are disfigured. At the same time, Wade notices that his body is capable of regenerating at an incredible rate, making him almost invulnerable.
