Only love and friendly support can melt the ice of someone else's heart and save the country from the shackles of ice. In the royal family of the Arendelle country, two beautiful princesses are growing up — blonde Elsa and red-haired Anna. Princess Elsa has amazing abilities — she can create ice and snow. And not only to create, but also to command these elements. But young Elsa does not know how to control her emotions and once almost ruined Anna. To protect others from danger, the royal family retired to their castle, and Elsa spent almost all her time alone. The royal couple is dead and Elsa must take the throne.
At the coronation, Anna meets Prince Hans and immediately accepts his marriage proposal. But Elsa does not approve of such a hasty marriage and the sisters' quarrel ends in a grandiose scandal in which Elsa's magical powers manifest themselves in full force. She herself is horrified by this and leaves the country, not even knowing that her anger has plunged Arendelle into eternal cold. Anna goes in search of her sister and on the way meets Kristoff, his reindeer Sven and the snowman Olaf.
