Superhero myths turned into reality when France found itself in the epicenter of the emergence of a new drug that can not only intoxicate the human mind, but also endow it with incredible physical and mental abilities. Now everyone could feel like a superman, but the use of the drug has led to disastrous consequences not only for those who use it, but also for the civilian population of Paris. Local police officers, the main characters Moro and Shaltsman, decide to lead the fight against drug traffickers and manufacturers of the intoxicating substance.
