The action takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. The bloody Civil War in Sweden lasted for five long years. Hungry and destitute people suffer from hunger, devastation and armed bandits. Marauders do not give rest to the population. Only a few lucky people live to old age. Death in the face of robbers lies in wait for everyone. There was a ghostly chance on the horizon to correct the bleak situation. The war can end if a squad of brave soldiers complete the task. They have to deliver dangerous goods to their destination. Six daredevils are on their way. The route goes through a snow-covered archipelago, which only the elite can cross. During the transportation of cargo, unforeseen moments occur, because the road is laid on slippery ice. Soldiers selflessly carry out the assigned mission. The main character, along with a team of runners, received an order to bring the capsule. But her goal was to meet her daughter. She has not seen her child since the outbreak of hostilities. Now, skating on the thin ice of the frozen sea, a woman thinks only about this. After traversing hundreds of miles across the fragile surface, Carolina Ed hopes to find the girl alive and unharmed.
