The film takes place in a future in which technology is involved in all aspects of human life. Gray is a young man who was not very enthusiastic about technology, believing that a person can and should achieve everything on his own. He always worked with his hands and was happy with his beloved wife. But one day a terrible tragedy happened in his life. Four criminals killed his beloved, and he himself was seriously injured, which led to paralysis of the lower limbs. Gray is ready to do anything to get out of his hospital bed and take revenge on the murderers. That is why he agrees to participate in a scientific experiment. A chip implant called Stem is implanted into his body.
